I made a mistake.
The first train I got on in Iida was a rapid service, so I was noticed that it woudn’t stop at Nakai Samurai Station, the first destination of the day, that I was attracted by the interesting station name.
This was a problem, but I didn’t have time to hesitate or choose, so I decided to get off at Ina-Kozawa Station, one stop before Nakai Samurai.
This station is not a remote, hidden station like Kowada and Tamoto, which we visited yesterday.
As proof of this, there is a bridge over the nearby Tenryu River where cars come and go, and, most importantly, there is even a public telephone right next to the station platform (lol).
However, when I landed suddenly and looked around calmly after the feeling of restlessness had passed, I saw that the width of the Tenryu River was quite wide here, and the mountainous landscape suddenly opened up, making the sky seem wider.
It’s a pity that most of the scenery is still in the shadow of the mountains before 8am, but Ina-ozawa is a pretty spectacular station, even if it’s not a “hidden” one.
After about half an hour, the area that was in the sun expanded considerably, and I was able to take some nice photos of the mountains and river.
I could really feel the deepening of autumn, and this was a pleasant photo walk that came about as a result of an injury.
Let’s remember the spectacular scenery around Ina-Kozawa Station.
And this time, I missed the Nakai-Samurai Station, so I’d like to try again next time.
Now, I’m heading north again, towards the Shiteguri Station.
