Early February, right around the House of Representatives election voting days, we had some really cold days, didn’t we? Even Tokyo got a bit of snow.
I just happened to be out with my GF10 when I spotted flowers blooming amidst the falling snow, so I snapped a picture. That’s all this little post is about.
I suppose they’re called “snow-covered plum blossoms.” But for a weakling like me, it was far too cold to appreciate the poetic charm.
Snow on the sasanqua camellias along the hedge.
I feel bad for those in the northern regions hit by heavy snow, but even a little snow is a rare treat in Tokyo.
Just a little impromptu photo walk in the snow.
